Many things to mention - everything was clean, outstanding food, incredibly beautiful views. The room was cozy and updated and the bathroom was amazing. Loved the Irish bar. Everything was simply great.

Overall clean hotel in a nice building right by San Antonio, restaurants and the Riverwalk.

Very efficient service, beautifully designed room, comfortable bed. And it also had calming view. All staff was affable giving some tips about the city.

Everything was great, no complaints, I recommend it. The staff team was courteous, the rooms were updated and equipped with great view and a nice comfy bed, as example. Variety of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone.

Interesting hotel, ideal location, beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast was above average, plenty of food, nice balcony. The room was cool enough and the bed there was nice. All personnel were eager to help, so exceptional. Early check-in, late check-out.

Immensely pleasant staff, friendly service, non-smoking and individual rooms. All in all it's clean place, they have big beds. It has beautiful location a short walk to a modern museum.

There is a nice lobby. It is in exceptional location to king william historic district, set really close to the hotel.

Welcoming rooms, extremely helpful staff, perfect beds. A fantastic beach, lovely view. Also, we loved how close it is to The Alamo History Museum.

Liked my stay, it was such wonderful, the service was friendly. Fairly clean bathroom, big bed, large bedroom. Staff were eager to help, absolutely courteous people. Breakfast offered plenty of excellent meals. The wine bar was excellent and the drinks were cold.

Reasonably spacious room ; early check in ; nice beds. This ABSOLUTELY CHARMING hotel was run by the best staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. A continental breakfast was satisfactory, included great dishes. Ideal location, at walking distance from Rivercenter Mall. Beautiful garden and excellent pool area.

The weather was pleasant, had good stay. Calm, perfectly clean room with the ambience and private balcony too. Lighting here was flexible. Prime location overall, though the area was too noisy.

We loved staff and location. Comfortable decor of the room. There was a perfect restaurant with delicious meals. Pool was heated and beds were comfy.

Nice base for staycation, totally recommend. Moreover, high-speed internet access was very useful. 15 mins walk to the center. Being easy walk to Schilo's was nice, we had dinner there.

The bed was comfortable, after a long drive. The location of hotel was great.

hotel's position next to the san antonio river walk and easy connection to tower of the americas. 600 feet away there is la villita cafe. we enjoyed staying at hilton palacio del rio.

Fig Tree Restaurant was 10 mins walk away. Close to the airport, 30 min drive. We liked hilton palacio del rio...
